Hotel location was perfect , staff were helpful even though we arrived early , was able to leave bags which were delivered to rooms for when we checked in later. Was a little bit noisy in the evenings but is expected in the center of a city. Breakfast had a good selection and excellent for the price .

We stayed here for five nights to celebrate my wife's Birthday. The hotel is perfectly located in the city for easy reach of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. A very friendly welcome by very helpful receptionists. The room was a standard double. It was a bit on the small side with little space for clothes but it was very clean. Pillows were comfy but the bed was a bit too firm for us. The shower was excellent. Breakfast on the whole was very good. The hot food wasn't hot on a couple of occasions. Some guests leaving lids open on the trays didn't help this. A really good choice though and the team were friendly. On my wife's Birthday the team brought a cake to the room with a lovely card which was a really nice touch and made our stay special.

Pretty hotel in the centre of Lisbon

A lovely, clean hotel in the centre of Lisbon. Fantastic location and a warm welcome on arrival (Portuguese wine and pastel de nata). The room was clean and comfortable with a large door that opened onto the traditional balcony. Breakfast was included in our stay. Good selection and service to set you up for the day. Reception were helpful when asking for tips and suggestions for restaurants. Would definitely return.

Amazing value hotel in the heart of Lisbon

A lovely hotel in a lively part of Lisbon City surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a complimentary Pastel De Nata and glass of port wine while we were checked in. Room was spacious with everything we needed (including plug sockets in convenient places beside the bed on both sides!) To top it off, we arrived back on the evening of my partners birthday to a lovely card and birthday cake from the hotel staff, even though we hadn't mentioned the birthday! Have already recommended BeHotelLisboa to several friends travelling to Lisbon and would be keen to stay here again if we were ever to go back.

The hotel itself is not bad , excellent location. But too much noise, esp night time. I think it's because the hotel is located centrally surrounded by restaurants. At night there was too much noise and we heard garbage truck every night until 2am. In the morning the housekeeper started cleaning the room and caused too much noise as well. I guess they need to do better on the soundproof. Someone knocked on our door asking to clean the room but we did put our DND sign.
